Coming from a background in nonprofit work, Tim carried his service-first mindset into the financial and insurance industry, making education, integrity, and client-first service the foundation of TWP.
Growing the business one conversation at a time, Tim built lasting relationships by meeting with individuals and business owners across Los Angeles, West Hollywood, Beverly Hills, and Santa Monica. The company flourished, and in 2009, Phyllis Hyde joined TWP, bringing her holistic, client-focused approach to the business.
